@gamesyouloved 🤔 Man, I even forgot my favourite: Elevator Action there. (and/or its sequel: Elevator Action Returns.)
There's also Time Pilot (which has a good sequel too.)
Some multi-human gaming with turtles in a half-shell is an excellent choice.
And then Bank Panic. Another favourite. 👍
@gamesyouloved What to play?
If there's a sit-down Sinistar or Star Wars, that's a must.
Then a bit of Toobin' craziness?
Maybe a bit of spinning steering-wheel Super Sprint?
And then celebrate our return from the end of the world with some track-balling Missile Command. 👍

(Played through OpenXCom.) 👽
@C64TimeLine People who haven't played it shouldn't look at it an think it's just a WW1 Zaxxon game. Blue Max has a whole different feel to the gameplay. Somewhere in that sweet spot between River Raid and Zaxxon. Or something like that. 😁
@CommodoreBlog But I think my memory is playing tricks on me.. 🤔
One Man and His Droid is a much cooler game..
and one I played a huge amount. 🕹️
(Note: huge > a lot) 😁
@rexthedogge I loved playing these at the arcade.. On the C64 I was more getting into the 3D viewpoint racers. 🤔 I think the time soon is going to pass, when I'll have to buy myself a spinner with a steering wheel attachment, just so I can mess about with the Sprint + Ironman games again. 😁
@rexthedogge Championship Sprint and Super Sprint (same game, different tracks), were like Arkanoid: Took an old concept, gave it a new splash of paint, power-up's and modern game mechanics. And the result was pretty darned addictive. 👍 The thing the home ports lacked was the spinning wheel.
@CompStuff @newIapetus Also, Auf Wiedersehen Monty is a sequel that I really enjoyed. Lots of wee differences to how the game is played. A few objects to pick up somewhere and deliver somewhere else. A flying subgame I mostly ignored. And a rocking Hubbard+Daglish soundtrack to boot. 👍
