Oh yeah, now I remember: I couldn't work out a way to cheat. So I just gave up once I realized I wasn't going to make it to level 3. 😋

@Xunk1986 @rexthedogge It was only recently that I got to try the CPC version, and I was amazed at how much better the controls and the gameplay felt. It's definitely the one I would choose to play now because, well, it doesn't feel like it hates me. 😋

Target Renegade looks beautiful on the C64, but by heck it's hard. But, back then, half the 8-bit games were just gleefully abusive to the player.. so we worked though the pain. 😋

@zappedtothe @ResetC64 Yeah. I was almost going to put all three on the one line .. but Loco has a much more sedate pace to it. So it's almost like Suicide Express is a futuristic sequel. 🤔 Black Thunder I never played, but it and Suicide Express really are the same game, so I'm fine with that. 😋

@kingmonkey25 I usually only found time-bomb good to place in the start room. So you could try to kill the spy, then get him blown up again before he can leave the respawn room. Cabinets on the walls contain items you can use to disarm some of the traps - and umbrella on hat-stand for bucket?

@kingmonkey25 Traps were set by double-clicking to work the "trapulator". Bomb and spring are placed in furniture. Bucket is used on doors. Gun on string is first tied to furniture, then placed on door. Time-bomb is just placed in room? Map shows you the rooms the required items are in. 🤓👍

@BrittRecluseuk @kingmonkey25 Basic plot of Spy vs Spy: find the secret plans, together with the passport, money, key and briefcase, then exit the airport door to win. You can only carry one until you find the briefcase to carry them all. It's all explained well on the C64 wiki: 👍
