Retrogaming of the 8 and 16 bit variety. That's my jam. 😎

I can't tell you how disappointed I was to see the revised advert. 😮 I was really excited about the game to begin with .. now it didn't look so exciting somehow. 🤔

Don't forget the Stones 'n Bones table. That was one of my favourites. 👍 Partyland was great too, of course. 😎

Oh yeah. I'm convinced that the programmer of Airwolf just wanted the player to feel pain. 😋 (Was always a common problem with 8-bit games: mostly play-tested by the programmer, who is really well-practiced at it, and knows all the games secrets.) 😁

I thought I didn't want this .. but how that I see it. 🤔
Second thought: I wonder if it will support DblPAL? 😁
Third thought: I wonder if it will have the Championship Sprint tracks too? 😋
(Too many thoughts.) 😎

Time to crank up that Ben Daglish and Anthony Lees music!

Suicide Express.
(Though I'm not sure if Black Thunder has exactly the same map view.) 🤔 My money is on Suicide Express. 👍

Yeah, I've got both versions of Fate of Atlantis. And they did cut things down for the Amiga version. 🤔 It is literally the ugly step-child version of the DOS one. 😋 Though it's not *bad* ..it's just that you might as well play the better of the two. 😁

I love Raid Over Moscow.
It has one of the best game-ending's you'll see on the C64. 👍

I want to say that it was awesome to experience a graphic adventure with all this Bob Stevenson art. But so many of the illustrated locations are rocks, caves, and tunnels. It feels like a bit of a wasted opportunity, unless you enjoy showing-off the C64's greys and browns. 😋

Now that I've been through the whole thing, I can see what a friend of mine meant when they expressed their disappointment about this one. The parser is smart, but there are a lot of illogical puzzles.. And the story feels a bit like a grab-bag of elements.
