@theretrobyte Brilliantly-original wee budget title.
It's a pretty good puzzle-type of game. Add in that kicking Hubbard soundtrack and it's a lot of fun.
@StooCambridge @RetroCollect @pablo_0151 @gamesyouloved @mazgaminguk @16bitnostalgia @RetroBoyJon @kingmonkey25 @Tinpotgamer @MaximumPowerUp @PugHoofGaming Ah, see it's good that you guys were familiar with Leaderboard. I think the control scheme for Sensible Golf was really good.. and it does have that similarity with the Leaderboard Golf games that made Sensi Golf easy to migrate to. 👍
But, as a text adventure, it's not good. It understands "n" and "d", but it doesn't understand "north" or "down". 😮 And what's worse: it may kill you for typing something it doesn't know. Also, looking in drawer will find something, and then looking *again* finds something else!
@Lord_Arse Hmmm.. 🤔
Manic Miner, Auf Wiedersehen Monty, Jet Pac, and Underwurlde were the ones I kept playing .. and playing .. and playing. 😁
When checking out Pole Position, I was thinking about Pitstop 1. Many people have seen Pitstop 2, but how many of you have seen its predecessor? I believe I first saw this on Cartridge running on the demo machine at the local computer shop. 🤔 Thankfully, it's still fun to play.
