@miggybaz @KariLawler I've been using an Amiga since.. ooooh. Well, I was onto the A1200 by the mid 90s. 👴 At some point I got into using the MagicWorkbench Icons. (The standard four colours.. plus another four?) So I've been keeping the good ones as I found them. 🤔 The cartoon icons were on Aminet.

@KariLawler I shouldn't mention Pinball games without calling out Pinball Illusions. (And you try Dreams and Fantasies too, if you like.)
Zeewolf and Zeewolf 2 are awesome too.
ShadowFighter is another fun fighting game.
Did I mention The Chaos Engine yet? Another excellent 8-way shooter. 👍

Fire and Ice - It's Cool Coyote! A very cool platformer.
BC Kid - you want more platforming action? You're welcome.
Flashback - nope, not done with the platforming. (Beautiful rotoscoped animation.)

Turbo Trax - a beautiful top-down racer
Monsters of Terror - Wizard of Wor, but cuter 😁
Battle Squadron - one of the early Amiga shooters, but it's still so gorgeous (love those inviso-cloaked ships.) 😎

@KariLawler Alien Breed: Tower Assault - those aliens keep occupying bases! (This is easier to survive for more than 5 minutes.) 😁
Slam Tilt - excellent pinball game with four tables
The Settlers - get teeny medieval guys to build a cute medieval city. Yep!
Deluxe Pacman - It's Pacman! 😋

@KariLawler Stunt Car Racer - everyone loves Stunt Car Racer. 😁 (roller-coaster-like tracks) 😮
ElfMania - a fighting game with Elves. Beautiful game.
Alien Breed 2 - eight-way scrolling shooter. Dive into a base taken over by aliens that may look Gigeresque 😉
Gloom - a bloody Doom clone

@KariLawler Rygar - a recent arcade port. Beautifully done.
Speedball 2 - future sports action (I hear there's ice-cream) 😁
XTreme Racing - it's Mario Kart for your Amiga! 😎 (Try the demo)
UFO: Enemy Unknown (XCom) - amazingly complex strategy game. Defend the Earth against alien invasion.

Lemmings 2: The Tribes - it's Lemmings!
Benefactor - the cutest puzzle platformer
Banshee - one of two player vertical scrolling action

This is why I love the 8-bit era. Everything was so constrained, graphic-modes were encoded it all sorts of odd ways. I had VIC-20 then C64, so I think I got the least-quirky graphics, all memory mapped. The VIC did have extra 'special' colours.
