Seth criticising Horus' form and fighting skills here still makes my heart flutter, it's so endearing... If they were in better circumstances I'd love to see Seth train Horus, so they'd finally be fighting together rather than against each other...(〃▽〃)

It's absolutely MADDENING that Anubis is never there when Seth is outwardly showing his love for him and trying to comfort or save him. It's like...all these opportunities for them to recover their relationship are just missed and it gets more heartbreaking each time...இ‸இ

I really love Nephthys but her leaving Anubis in the dark is so frustrating; she admits during the final ruling that Seth was never violent towards her, but she made it seem like she was a victim of his abuse and didn't tell Anubis about HER betrayal or the truth...poor boy. ㅠㅠ

This scene is such an important moment for Horus... He's gone his whole life serving his mother, and even as a child he knew his desires weren't something he could ever voice out, but his feelings for Seth give him a sense of autonomy and he finally says what he wants....(；へ：)

This is one of the scenes that hurt so much in a re-read; Seth is so afraid of being vulnerable, but he collapses and begs Isis to save Anubis' life here... And to know that Anubis' life is now in the hands of his greatest enemy, whose vile deeds we learn of later...(ToT)

I honestly often forget how strong Seth is and just how capable of destruction he is. He's so powerful but that makes all of his tantrums and outbursts so scary; the results of his anger is always so...catastrophic... ^^;

These two have such a realistic sibling dynamic, Isis is such a "hit first, ask questions later," type of person with Seth and she's so willing to smack him up at all times. ╥﹏╥

I just hope that one day, they can reconcile and return to their old relationship...!! ㅠㅠ

The repetition of Horus always reaching for Seth is so beautiful. Seth's always just a little out of range, from Horus' perspective it probably almost feels like he's untouchable. And to think that the one time Seth reached for HIM was when he mistook him for Anubis...ཀ⌓ཀ

The state of Khnum is making me so sad; °. .°(ಗдಗ。)° He looks so terribly weak to the point where he seems like he's barely keeping his form together. Nephthys also looks so sorrowful, the whole thing makes for such a painful picture..... 😭😭
