I received my March Sketchbox about a month ago and was really excited to see it was filled with purple, red, pink, and brown marked (plus a random green one.) But, I didn’t really know what to do with them. So, ton, I knocked out a little thirty minute self portrait with them.

I’m trying to blow through all of my January Paletteful prompts this long weekend so I can open my February pack which arrived last week. One of the prompts is #twilight. And, for some reason, I just wanted to do characters from “Twilight” as “Animal Crossing” characters.

I’ve finally started my January Paletteful Pack which I received a couple of weeks ago. One of the prompts was #flower so I did #thistles. It was hard to resist the urge to go in with other mediums but I like to challenge myself to only use what’s in the box.

I’m trying to catch up with my subscription boxes. I unboxed my January Sketchbox with my Advanced Drawing kids a few weeks ago but haven’t had time to play with it until tonight.

I took a little break from doing report cards today to catch up on some of my art subscription boxes. This is November’s Scrawlrbox. The prompt for the month was #liquidlandscape. That makes me think of my old home on the West Coast. #scrawlr

I’m trying to catch up on all my art subscription box prompts that I’ve neglected during these last few crazy months of teaching high school during Covid. I received my October #scrawlrbox on November 30 and the prompt was #asemicaesthetic. I have to admit, lettering isn’t my jam
