@Barcal2102 She's meant to look good from other angles. Here's some quick screenshots stitched together (note still very WIP :D)
Been working on this quickly yesterday and today. For use in the Abnormal add-on development. Her name is... Abnormal-chan. Topology is Guilty Gear-inspired and specially done to assist in normals editing. The face loops around each shadow zone contain/support the normal edits.
So... me and Eevee are friends now. Sort of. I managed to get the Freestyle line above the hair (might do a quick tut later) in 2.82. I've also been practicing/working a lot on the vertex normals, testing different things. Still very WIP but getting there! #b3d #BlenderNPR #bnpr
In my previous tweet, you may have noticed the flat eye from the side view. Unfortunately, anime 3D models won't look great from every angle. Usually I "give up" some of the side view and prioritise front->3/4 view. Luckily we can fix with shapekeys! :) (also, Misato with lines)
Finally finished my Hotaru Shidare model! Not perfect (nothing ever is) but I am pretty happy with the result. Final images rendered in BI with edits in Clip Studio. You can get the .blend for free here: https://t.co/1YkSohbH5G #BlenderNPR #Blender3d #b3d #3d #CLIPSTUDIOPAINT
Tamaki Kotatsu 3D model created in Blender. Character rendered in Blender Internal, background is procedurally generated in Eevee. Some post-work done in Clip Studio (link to raw renders in comments). #bnpr #b3d #blender3d #3d #CLIPSTUDIOPAINT
