In the episode, U-Ndoukai ties Sailor Moon's and Sailor Chibi Moon's ankles together, but in the picture book, she instead wraps Sailor Moon up in a giant mat, which is likely what was originally meant to happen.

U-Ndoukai has a different color scheme in the picture book version of episode 117, and Shun Hayase wears a different outfit. This suggests the illustrators were given U-Ndoukai's character design without any color references, but were left to design their own version of Shun.

Originally, Uranus and Neptune were to be attacked by terracotta angel statues in episode 110, but this was changed to lithographs in the actual show. The picture book follows the original concept.

In the episode, Doorknobder attacks Sailor Moon, but in the picture book, she attacks Haruka and Michiru. Given how faithful to the original scenario the picture book is, I'm willing to bet this was in there too.
