Thinking this morning about the late comics creator Alan Kupperberg, born on this date in 1953, who during my earliest con-going days, likely when I was only 17 and he 19, drew the Green Lantern for this annoying young fan with a sketchpad. Tempus sure does fugit.

@AndrewLivingst2 My first guess was that this panel had been drawn by Rich Buckler. Which shows my powers of ID-ing old comics aren't as perfect as I think. Because I see it was actually a Ron Wilson/Dennis Janke collaboration from Masters of the Universe #4 (11/86). Thanks for testing my skills!
