Finally releasing Russian Subway Dogs on Vita was a highlight of this year for me!
Hoping GB Studio adds a wider range of animation speeds. Here's the same idle at a more ideal 5 fps which is unfortunately between the two closest options available in the drop down menu (3.75 and 7.5)

Oooh found the texture map for the Quake II girl. This was using Quake II's palette which didn't give a lot of options for a bright anime character.
More ancient 3D stuff a 2004-ish attempt at mimicking Metal Gear Solid 2's shading style. Definitely some waste in those UV maps.
Russian Subway Dogs codebase successfully ported from GameMaker 1.4 to 2.3 and resulting bugs squished (at least on PC). That was surprisingly painless given all the engine changes between the two versions!
Been playing Danganronpa V3 recently and I hate this kid so much.
