I'm so done with certain Yuzusoft "humor" that I only read Mayu's route in Riddle Joker since I was most interested in her. Was not disappointed. Had a good mix of story, development, and SoL. Most importantly Mayu herself was fun, and never did the "false pervert shaming" shit.

I wasn't sure how hyped I was gonna be for Tales of Arise after I finish Vesperia Definitive Edition

I've done a review on Meteor World Actor already, so I'll just be here to say Chiffon is easily my favorite girl. Lotsa fun to be around. I'm decently excited for the sequel but now that I know the writer likes to have open-ended endings, it makes me less excited than I should.

I have finished the Heaven's Feel movie trilogy this weekend. They were gud. HF still best route.

Unpopular Opinion 1: You can watch Fate's anime adaptations and get a good experience of the story.

Unpopular Opinion 2: Heaven's Feel is Saya no Uta except actually good.

You and Me and Her, aka Totono, is one of the more unique visual novels I've read. Without spoiling too much, if you like yanderes or meta takes on VN heroines, be sure to check it out. There's a few moments that were way too edgey for me, but otherwise it was a solid read.

Clannad's an interesting case in that I watched the anime long before even trying the VN. I realized the anime didn't have a few routes like Kappei's so just checked out those. The most stick out thing to me was Sunohara was a lot funnier than I remember in the anime.

I have tried multiple times to get into Chou Dengeki Stryker but I just cant make it far, which is unfortunate since I've enjoyed every other Overdrive VN I've tried. I like the idea of silly shounen action stuff in a VN but I just dont care about any of the characters.

Baldr Sky is one of the longest VNs you'll ever read. You also have to be ready for forced mecha gameplay which while dated, I found kinda fun. I liked the drama and characters, and the setting was quite interesting. The terrible skip text feature is a huge flaw though.

Sabbat of the Witch... I initially ragequit because of my patented "Yuzusoft humor" in the latter common route. It was disappointing since the drama and character development in this VN was really good. Thankfully I picked it back up and enjoyed it. WAKANA FOREVA!
