"Ghost Host" is great because of these grotesquely beautiful monster designs. Whoever boarded/laid out these sequences: you're the greatest!!!
My SpongeBob rewatch has finally led me to Season 4. Gotta say while the episodes are a bit hit or miss, the storyboarders did a great job maintaining the energy in their boards. There's so real expressive stuff here.
one of my 2022 goals is to try and watch every episode of SpongeBob SquarePants
a fun thing about revisiting Season 1 is how many great smears there are. I forgot that the first season has some fun, expressive animation in it

Dean Spille color keys from various Peanuts specials/films. Spille was great at capturing the tone and essence of a scene through his work. The sketches don't really match Charles Schulz's art, but that doesn't really matter. It's still great work
@bobjinx No yeah, this cartoon is totally fine. George Nicholas definitely steals the show. Charles A. Nichols probably knew George was really skilled at comedy because he gets the most comedic takes in the whole cartoon.
