@dee_bax Hi bud!!~
Ooooo! I'd be happy to answer this! I adored Masaaki Yuasa's "The Night is Short, Walk on Girl". Spider-Verse is still dope af. Kid Cosmic is fantastic. And OK-KO is my favorite modern Cartoon Network show
@popkornkat Hi friend!~
I'll talk about four video games I really love. The Spyro the Dragon trilogy are such feel-good games, Silent Hill 2 is gorgeously disturbing, Donut County is a great puzzle game, and Super Mario 64 was my first favorite game
@DylanCartoonell well obviously in this circumstance, it'd have to be Art Davis. Davis was really the underappreciated director at the studio. His cartoons had so much energy and joy. they're just pure fun. also, he was DePatie-Freleng's best director after Hawley Pratt and Art Leonardi.
this was supposed to be just a simple test but I went a bit overboard . . . so, here's Wario!
Fun Fact: Chuck Jones wasn't that big of a fan of this cartoon, or at least, he felt it wasn't deserving of the Oscar Nomination unlike Gene Deitch's "Here's Nudnik"
this was a (belated) secret santa gift I did for my friend @duck_twacy. Camp Lazlo is a very important show to her and it was fun working within the gorgeous art direction/designs of the series.
Lazlo is a nostalgic show for me too, so it brought back good memories making this
What are your 4 favorite pieces from the year? Reply / QRT to share!
The pieces are hodgepodges of animation projects and legitimate art pieces. My 2021 goal is to post legit art, but here we are!!~ https://t.co/1qaFcTFkFk
DePatie-Freleng at its weirdest. These are probably my favorite layouts from the clip
qrt with your current art style and 3 main inspirations
The Peanuts/Charles Schulz inspiration is pretty undeniable. Chuck Jones’ work influences a lot about my posing, and Iwao Takamoto’s energy sketches are a constant inspiration https://t.co/BDHYmjOlbK
Drawing Barber Westchester is so much fun. I love drawing @jonniphillips characters
