I had a try at porting this picture into the original doom palette and parts of it I actually feel were improved by the transition. I also fixed a few tiny errors.

Auto foliage using level checksum (not a single tuft of grass is hand-placed here), grass actors orient themselves to the slope normals (some are in the wrong angle, need to tweak the math). Terrain was made in Blender with GZDB .obj import

An alternate version where I interpreted the shape in the center of its face as an eye. Not sure if it's accurate, but it looked kind of cool.

A bit more Eternal fan art I've been slowly working on between other projects.
Based on the figure seen in "The Maykrs" concept art (also appears as a statue on some DOOM 2016 MP DLC maps).

I have a feeling we'll be seeing more about these guys very soon.
