I always liked the look of this guy from Catacombs 3D, so I took a shot at redrawing the sprite in a higher resolution. The influence this guy had on later iD enemies is easy to see.

Over the years, there have been 4 instances when the Cave Story cast had received art. These where for the Japanese release of DSi ware, the American and Japanese releases of Cave Story 3D, and the Switch' Cave Story +. The Cave Story + art, minus quote, is a manual exclusive.
