I finally have time for this!
So, here are my evolution lines for the "new" Perfects.

I like how Brachimon still has that "acuatic" theme and it's a Plesiosaur type, so I think it has strong ties to these kind of Digimon.

It’s the “Mother of Paleontology,” Mary Anning’s, birthday! Born in 1799, she hailed from Dorset, England, & grew up collecting fossils. A few of her many accomplishments include unearthing one of the first ichthyosaurs & discovering Dimorphodon & Plesiosaurus!

🐴WEEK 18🐴
Kelphus are often found in swamps, where they hunt fish. They do this by standing still with their head in striking position; their body casts a shadow that attracts prey.

We have some fossils preserving soft tissue (including a polyctylid) showing plesiosaurs actually had pretty slim necks and that most of the fat was around the tail and front flippers

And also, here's a cute little OC that came to mind which I really liked! A big Plesiosaur girl named Udon! 🍥

I like this so much I might make more plesiosaurs based on soups and such haha

Trinacromerum

A 3 meter long plesiosaur with a relatively short neck but an elongated face and flippers, probably specialized in eating small fish

ALT: When originally discovered the biologist Richerd Ellis described it as a "four flippered penguin" due to its proportions

This was meant to be a rough concept of Albertonectes dragging away a juvi rex, then I found out the Bearpaw is from the latest Campanian. So it's Albertonectes dragging away a juvi Daspletosaurus.

May return to the concept with a spec, indet. Maastrichtian plesiosaur.
