I noticed a Blender 2.83 build has a few new options in the procedraul texturing department, that might make things easier for building NPR hair/eye reflection,without using images, and keeping it stylized for close ups

So... me and Eevee are friends now. Sort of. I managed to get the Freestyle line above the hair (might do a quick tut later) in 2.82. I've also been practicing/working a lot on the vertex normals, testing different things. Still very WIP but getting there!
