For today's Movie Monday let's see screens from "The greatest showman" (2017). I like the slightly artificial, fairy tale feeling of the cinematography. Directed by Michael Gracey. Cinematography by Seamus McGarvey.

Just wanted to share this awesome art from Deviant artist NORIMATSUKeiichi.

I wish kaiju cinematographers would give us a lot more of these really grounded, low-angle shots. Look at how well these perspectives communicate the enormity of the characters!

The Phantom Menace has beautiful cinematography and incredibly colorful environments. I understand how someone couldn’t like the film, but this is just one of the many reasons as to why I love it.

David Tattersall deserves more credit!

Art/words complement perfectly. Spaghetti western cinematography in a medieval setting!

Stefano Sollima's "Sicario: Day of the Soldado" is a decent follow up to the original. It's the weakest of the Taylor Sheridan penned films, but that does not make it a bad one. The action and cinematography are great. The story is so-so. Characters are well acted.
