Blueys character looks so simple I feel like I could replicate it easily in 3D with my toon shaders and stuff.
Finished my comm for @Kardboardian of his main boy, Mikey! This is one of the quickest comms I've done in a while on account of the sheer simplicity and extensive use of NPR shaders, but I'm super happy with the result!

More Minecraft AU, I wanted to draw an environment with colours from those pretty shaders... a friendly visit from local merchant who PROMISES he will not be tooting his horn on the premises
@Satanichiafla The shaders are rather simple and shadows are drawn into the texture to some extent.

I took a basemesh, adjusted the proportions and erased the face, rigged it, added some clothing/hair, some LBS 2D shaders, and then used greasepencil to animate the face.
Nothing fancy, just wanted to see if it could work. Looks like it could, theoretically.

Clothing! All weighted up. Just need to do some fixes to the rig, add drivers for shaders, and he'll be done.
finished texture for the mamagen commission I have been doing recently!!! cannot wait to set it up in unity and see what I can do with shaders!
while testing shaders on vita I added shrinking viewport (render at lower rez) by pressing btn, when shdr is complex it drops to 30 or lower, but shrinking by 2 returns fps to 60 for some and now I think it could be used as dynamic resolution thing to maintain 60 if game lags 🙂
