I took a look at Modifiers and STLs as you suggested, it was enabled for the last export I did so I tried disabling them this time to see what happens. Eyes and mouth show up but now I got this other object stuck to his head. It's progress at least.

Extra shot in profile because I'm quite happy with how I made the "twist" in the speartip

Its only there in texture on the in-game model and other STLs I've found online don't seem to do this twisting shape, usually disregarding it completely or having the "legs" clip

Really want to prototype some of these sculpts for print. Thinking about looking at an easy to use printer that requires minimal setup.
I want to make stuff that other people can easily print, but I'm not comfortable putting stls out without a way to verify printability first
