I dunno if the version with buildings and paths and vegetation would have worked on the Sega CD, but everything was made from tiles, and matches the lighting placements in the BG at night as best as I could manage~

Turns out installing a liquid cooling system to my CPU did the trick - no more BSOD!

Here’s more progress on the civilian buildings. I think I may tinker with the window lights so that only some are illuminated, since all of them being lit up seems unrealistic.
