I know the stuff I gotta fix such as lightmaps/size/lighting, will however first do placements then start lightmaps.

Quick comparison: Dynamesh blockout vs. final highpoly, and final lowpoly vs final in-game.
Volume-building in your secondary forms is so vital to getting beautiful shadows and readable forms. And you can get away with murderrrrr on the normal map bake :))
