Rain fell
Stretching long into vertical rods that
Pitched and lurched
Sliding down the of bristling grass
Crumpling and pooling
To be swallowed up in the green’s sludgy throat

are my eyes
with hopeless longing
My heart is fogging
Dark drapes of lonely sighs
All i have is a collection
of silent pictures
Bleeding ink scriptures
A love from afar reflection
Queen of condemned love
You cry for another
My soul you smother
an orphan dove

Franco had suffered a tumultuous week. He’d been forced into the role of getaway driver, been dealt a devastating cancer diagnosis & fallen victim to a sneaky credit card fraud. A lesser man may have crumbled but he possessed an spirit & will to defy the odds

He was in love. It burned him inside and turned his heart to gold. Let me ask you, is that any state to make decisions in? To defend your country? To act with integrity? He had to die.

We end at our beginning
star-soaked branches
tear-watered thorns

Every inch & acre
of this garden drenched
in petal-colored kisses
& moontouched

I birch my soul
that wafts itself through
this place
fond of every
My love
perrenial as golden Ginko

And I hungered for
her love like a bee unsated
craves for a drop of nectar.
Oblivious, that my love wouldn't be reciprocated.
by love, I keep aflame this torch of unrequited feelings,
Will I forever remain a jinxed lover?
Star-crossed and ill-fated?

Their love is a tale as old as time,
doomed by the gods,
yet redeemed by chance
Metamorphoses – magic,
it’s real and it asks,
"Will you c̶h̶a̶n̶g̶e̶?"
Scratch that -
"Can we just stay the same?"
Write it down -
the spell
Neverending
Evermore

I know you love this guy, fair lady, I know deep down you badly ache for me,
a priori assumptions I don't make.
Deny not yourself the joy of love, repress not the echoes that resound through thy heart, oh, don't bottle up your desires, for pity's sake!

Before these roses that bear the thorn
Bring your heartless wounded soul
Watch how my love
Like water to my garden
Soaks it
Touches it
Transforms it
From bitter to sweet
From fallen to risen
From wilted to flourishing
In every way, a love that will say
Restored

Hapless Stingy Jack
Had a vile reputation
A deceiver, a liar
Found himself in a precarious situation
Doomed to roam the dark
The Devil threw him a flame
Jack tossed it in a Jack-O-Lantern
And gave the gourd its name

me
In a churning ocean
I toss and turn
Line of latitude
Meridian
All lost
And silent is my compass
Hapless hull
Doomed your unberthing
No hope for berthing
Unwelcoming the harbours
Hostile the lands
Like Don Quixote of the sea
The enemies i war
with wooden sword

They come to visit often, always with some story, some advice, or just to say hello. She was now accustomed to them dropping by. Her prayer was that her life as a reluctant medium continued
"Reluctant? We are here reading your words, you know,"
She knew.
