I got one of these too , I wouldn't call either a complete design since I change it every time based on mood...but going from the initial design which is a base I edited in Gimp...I'm happy https://t.co/yW4RiJCVi6
@sleepyrenn Pretty much just GIMP. I activate the layers and save one frame at a time and once done I put them all together in a gif. Depending on the layers I can have it as a 12 frame loop, but if it's more complex like the Jun dream one it can be longer
I really hate how I can't do what I can do on ibisPaintX (my phone) while I'm drawing on Gimp. (pc)
Me trying out ClipStudio:
An old drawing that bothers me. I can't finish coloring this. Because the digital file is from sai. And I'm currently running gimp. I keep wanting to redraw this. But I never do. I want to redo it. Mainly to add a better bg. And so I can actually color this. My oc Maki.

Made a new profile pic while trying to get used to Gimp... Guess it didn't turn out all that bad... 😅
@nescartridges anyways i stole Taco's idea
started out w/ MS paint. eventually I imported it into GIMP. I realized I was having fun, and ended up doing a whole background as a result.
#30DayMapChallenge Day 24: Historical map.

#30DayMapChallenge - 17 and #HillfortsWednesday in one today😉. Render of the impressive #Neolithic/ #IA #enclosure of #Hembury (on the edge of the #BlackdownHills in #EastDevon) and surrounding landscape from @EnvAgencyGeomat #LiDAR > #QGIS & #GIMP. #Hillfort photos below 1/n >
Wait...... i think the last time i drew a halloween pic was this?????? Back when i used gimp.............. and a mouse....... i think this was technically my first digital art piece too?!? Other than stuff on ms paint...
@XABORIJN Since I draw using mouse, my process is a compendium of ways to make it less painful. I do my sketches in traditional, then I make the lineart using vectorial graphics (using Krita, Inkscape or LibreCad) and then I paint in Krita. Finally, I do some editing with GIMP.
Super Sonic, SA2 style. Made in GIMP. Always loved the Adventure Super design.

[ART] I'm not artistically inclined, so I've gotta use what I've got: Here's my Firbolg Druid, modeled in HeroForge and edited in GIMP. I'm pretty happy with the result. via /r/DnD https://t.co/gmGW1x4NRD #DnD #rpg
2011 - 15/16. This is the year I started getting some commissions and experimenting with Photoshop more, I found it so much easier than GIMP. Also backgrounds! I had no idea how to shade though xD.
@TheLochNessyy @LordMcHaffie Gimp is a very good art program that is VERY mouse friendly. so if its you're thing, please use gimp. It is free and easy to use.
I primarily use the Morph Tool and the results are phenomenal
Recreating the great Orpheus mosaic from Laon (France). Intermediate stages of main animal groups. Those images will be edited in Inkscape, & individual colors adjusted back in Gimp. 2 other groups will follow same process : Orpheus & Trees.
