Once more with woohoo! I feel the Third Strike Sprite actually benefits from scanlines more than the CVS sprite! Something about the way the colors are laid out. It's more painterly, less sharp than the CVS sprite!

I had based LttP's Link off of the artwork designs of his full body, while giving it the colors and shading of the 16-bit sprite! I based Link's Awakening Link solely off of his in game Sprite!
