It’s absolutely shameful that game developers will spend hundreds of millions of dollars a year creating completely photorealistic human faces and real life locations, but virtually no one is using such advanced tech to make a game that looks like those old Psygnosis game covers

I really really really like how Fox Engine games look (in the hands of KojiPro--RIP). It's more about cinematic realism than literal photorealism. The end result is closer to a Ryuichi Kutsuzawa drawing than real life and that's way preferable for me!
