Yes! Bloodstone people do have their own unique diseases, Achaicus had one similar to leprosy, which is why most of him is covered up, though this diseases isn't contagious

A really neat little plot point in Traveler is how a leper gnome managed to suppress his leprosy effects via technology, I'd love to see the gnomes' newfound unity with the mechagnomes help to solve that.
