Well... 2020 was quite a year eh?
Pandemic aside, I actually really enjoyed the work I was able to get done through it all. Here is a selection of my favorite/most popular pieces from 2020. Looking forward to '21!

Beth from Queen's Gambit. Did anyone else think the librium-chess-superpower thing was a bit overdone?

A quick, late tribute to the late Sean Connery. My dad introduced me to him as Bond and I later loved him as Ramirez and Dr Jones Sr.

More practice sketching of childhood tv/films. Andre the Giant err...bigfoot from Six Million Dollar man.

This was for vintage scifi game pitch done around 2000. I colourized it in photoshop from an ink drawing.

I had an idea that Frankenstein’s monster would be made from corpses of different shapes, sizes and ethnicities. I think I was sort of successful, although it turned into more of a lighting study.

This is unused key art I did for the 2008 Iron Man game by Sega. Tony attacking an AIM carrier.

Here is a tiny pterodactyl I painted long ago in carylic and mixed media.

Unused promotional images I did for the bonus Coruscant level of Jedi Starfighter for Xbox in 2002. I built many of the assets shown, outside the ships. Source was taken from game screenshots on the PC.

This was a pencil drawing I did in college. I was a teen in the 80s and being scarred by movies like The Day After, spent a lot of time thinking about nuclear war.

Rosie the Rex Rider to the Rescue! Here is a genre bending fun personal piece. Steampunk mashed with dinosaurs, aliens, apes and the old west.

These guys are concepts I did for an 80s themed mobile game that didn't go anywhere in 2012-13. The archetypes here are; The Valley Girl, The Headbanger, and The Preppy.

This is an old, old image from my college days, done around the release of the first Jurassic Park. Plenty of anatomy mistakes in this, but I learned a lot from this piece.
