This is Regan, a dhampir shadowmancer and bounty hunter (not technically a full vampire). His father was a vampire, mother shadar-kai. He can portal through any cast shadow and can manipulate cast shadows. His familiar is a summoned raven named Dio made of black and purple smoke.
