Wartortle doesn’t really do it for me either. I get what they were going for with the wispy tail and wing-like ear things but it just detracts from what is otherwise a decent design. Easily the weakest of the original starter forms, but still not bad by any means. 5/10

This dragon can't fly, but their ooze sure does taste good! Often hanging upside down in their cave, their can snatch you up with their wing-like hands. They love to give romantic kisses with their long tongue!
