175. Tamara
These determined-looking eggs hide alongside the eggs of Bees. Their nests resemble egg sacs, and they use it to launch themselves high into the air. It's possible that their resemblance to Bee eggs is what brought them into the hive in the first place.

174. Skeleton Bee
These anatomically-incorrect forms of Bees are undead and able to reanimate themselves after being attacked, similarly to Dry Bones. Part of the beehive's honeycombs double as a graveyard, and that's where these creatures usually come out of hiding.

173. Grubby
Some Unera are born with spikes to protect themselves. Maybe it's genetic? When one of this subspecies hatches, it instinctively crawls on the hive's outermost walls to act as natural protection. (I made all of this up, but I need to fill these tweets somehow.)
🦋
172. Būichi
They're like Bees, but chubby! And pretty much invincible, too. It's a wonder that they're able to fly at all. When Mario tries to sneak under one of these, it stops and drops down in an attempt to crush and sting him. They could be seen as the beehive's Thwomps.

171. Bee
The Tree Zone houses a giant beehive, in which some of the honeycombs on the walls are darker than others. These unusually-generic bugs live in this hive, and can appear from those spots. When they emerge, they slowly buzz over to the nearest threat.

170. Unera
There's been lots of insectoid enemies recently, hasn't there? Well, there are more. Look at this little lime-green larva. It slowly inches along rhe ground and turns whenever the ground ends. It's only a vulnerable baby, so the parent is usually nearby.
🦋
169. Bē Fly
These fleas are infamous in the insect community for flying away whenever anyone approaches. They love to make friends chase after them, and their high speed almost guarantees they won't be caught. But it's possible that they're trying to hide something…

168. Battle Beetle
Based off of a Japanese rhinoceros beetle, this big brawling bug walks around, impatiently waiting for a chance to use its skills on anyone nearby. Those skills include its main attack pattern: jumping above the target and diving right at them.
🦝
166. Noko Bombette
Remember how Sarasaland's Bombshell Koopas never fear the actual explosive on their backs? Well, their Buzzy Beetle-like cousins are… a little more cautious. By turning at ledges and resisting fireballs, they play it safe to survive as long as possible
