[Works] "Conquering Wolf of the Sea -Heavy cruiser Takao 2604"
This work was dedicated to the Go'o Shrine in Kyoto, which had shared its patron deity with the shrine onboard Takao.
The votive picture tablet based on the work is displayed in the shrine grounds. Anyone can see it.

This work shows her preparing to use her main battery in anti-aircraft fire at Cape Engano. The Isuzu is shown just aft of the stern; forward from the bow are the Kuwa, the Zuiho, and the Akizuki.

エンガノ岬沖海戦で対空射撃が開始される寸前の様子。「五十鈴」から撮影された写真を基に、全く異なる角度からその場面を描きました。艦尾側背景には「五十鈴」、艦首側には「桑」「瑞鳳」「秋月」。
