Entry 15 for the January Character Creation Challenge, the Spartan (Bhakashal monk).
I've always had a soft spot for monks, I tweaked them a bit and added some flair.

If anyone knows the artist for this please let me know
A guy in my home province just won 70 million. If I won that, I would get copies of every issue of this. White Dwarf had some of the best art anywhere.
I skipped the Mercenary in the January character creation challenge, but I worked up a NPC mercenary on the blog a while back, so I'll post that today.

Some more inspirational D&D art, just because. The fourth piece (a Caldwell I think) is one of my favorites.
Anyone source this image for me? It's badass but I can't find the artist.
Twitter for the last few days:
“Lore changes don’t impact your home game, why do you care?”
“If you need X in your game you are a bad person!”
Mmmmmmm, nope.
Back to work.
Another NPC generation post today, this time a mercenary. With combat and weapon criticals, and a revised weapon proficiency system, mercenaries rock!

Up on the blog today - generating NPCs in Bhakashal. I walk you through the process of creating a NPC warlock, in this case one that will be meeting my Tuesday group soon.
