The regular edition cover by Adi Granov for the forthcoming THE SAVAGE SWORD OF CONAN: THE ORIGINAL MARVEL YEARS OMNIBUS VOL. 4 (Direct Market edition will have a classic cover by Earl Norem)
Recommended Easter Conan Reading: “A Witch Shall Be Born” and “The Phoenix on the Sword.” Howard laced both of those yarns with a healthy amount of Messianic imagery and themes.
@ShawnTheRuiner Wouldn’t be the first attempt at doing something with Conan aimed at kids.
I have no idea who currently has the rights to print these great “Two-Gun Bob” strips by Jim & Ruth Keegan that used to run in the back of Dark Horse’s Conan comics, but it would be great if they were all collected in a single volume.
Well, barbarians, this is the last new comic book day for now. Don’t forget that this week includes @AblazePub’s THE CIMMERIAN: QUEEN OF THE BLACK COAST #2!

@realarsenalism @BronzeAgeBabies @KissyFacedBrute Big John could rock the sorcery when it was called for.
“They were just toy commercials!” 🙄 Who cares about the motive? They had creativity, originality, and heart. They inspired a generation and taught valuable lessons about heroism, sacrifice, loyalty, friendship, and responsibility. Accuse me of nostalgia, but it was a golden age.
The artwork by Paolo Martinello for the French edition of Robert E. Howard’s “Rogues in the House” is MUCH more to my liking! I look forward to Ablaze getting the opportunity to translate this one into English.
