Concept art created in 1980 by Hayao Miyazaki for the Japanese animator's lost fantasy film ROWLF. Based on the 1971 comic by Richard Corben, it followed a princess and her loyal dog. Miyazaki planned to reinterpret Corben's scratchy original in his own style.

H.R. Giger's nightmarish concept design for "The Great Beast" of Brian Gibson's POLTERGEIST II: THE OTHER SIDE (1986). Gibson brought Giger onto the project, having known him from his earlier attempts at making THE TOURIST, reputedly the greatest sci-fi film never made.
