Very much working in the indie comics scene where my heart belongs in stories that I want to tell, which isn’t always easy.
For the past few years I have been working on a story set around my childhood experiences of industrial strife. Of course I had to add lots of monsters too!

Morning!

I noticed I’ve picked up some new followers (I like my little club). I post a lot about films & books but thought it prudent to highlight my own work. I’ve worked on many cult video games that you may have played in your youth. I also write and draw my own comic books.

He is tricky. I did a cover for Titan for their 4th Doctor comics. I didn’t want to take the approach of just copying a photo (or still frame) so I went for a 1970s comic freehand caricature.

Stuart Cornfield producer of Lynch’s “The Elephant Man” and Cronenberg’s “The Fly,” both made for Mel Brooks’ film studio Brooksfilms, has passed away this week aged 67.

Two favourite films of mine that deal with the frailties of the human body.

That would make a great thread with images - the best studio built forests and woodland.

Yes, I love the original Kong sets and painted mattes/models.

I’d have to include Lang’s “Die Nibelungen.”
