In the book’s final chapter, Yanagita uses similar reasoning to argue that Stereo Cassette King from Kinnikuman is the strongest character in all manga/anime...but I’ll save that story for another time. SCK: “I’m the strongest?” Kinnikuman: “No way!!”

And the always popular “Person Who Helpfully Spills the Beans Before Killing You”...OK, so Cell/Moro don’t actually die at that point, but still, same principle.

And who could forget the “Master of an Uncontrollable Monster”? “Hey, listen to my orders!”

Some of the gods though think Chojin are doing a terrible job, and have decided to wipe them all out, Noah’s flood style. But first they need all the pieces to a big anti-Chojin death ray machine. And to get those, they need to win a series of wrestling matches (obviously).

Previously, on Kinnikuman: some guys wrestled some other guys. Most of these guys were “Chojin” (超人), a Japanese word meaning “superhuman” but in this series referring to superhero/wrestler/mutant type people. It’s a bit hard to explain.
