actually, a quick word on this one: Reincarnated as a Sword.

...boy the KV does not help. The premise of "girl finds magic talking girl & goes on a murder rampage killing slavers & baddies" has promise.

but, do i trust the show to behave with that premise? uh.. not really TBH

A breather after an explosive Ep1 . what i assume are Hayashi's drawings in the A-part really carries this one

Really, i could just keep pulling more and more examples of cool framing, or interesting layouts in this episode. Akane really outdid himself.

There are so many scenes in this first episode, where the subtle complexity of the layouts doesn't immediately present themselves.

And then you look over them again and think "oh right, this would have been hard as shit to draw"
