Seriously, it couldn't be more obvious.
SSR, outside of episode's handled by a particular studio, does not move on a regular basis. No on else on the regular rotation is going to draw like this.
I recall getting to this part, and I'm pretty sure the people i was on call with could hear me, getting flustered and banging my fist on my desk, because i forgot he makes this pose lmao.
@Bloodyredstar just been watching them in my peripheral vision all day like:
I guess you could call this an announcement, but really i guess it's more like, make it official i guess.
to celebrate, I really wanted a PFP like this, and I immediately knew what character had to go in front...!
Every part of this engrossing setting is so lush with detail...
Magnetic Rose (1995)
Art (美術) (essentially the equivalent of Art Dir. in this case)
Akira Yamakawa (山川晃)
Mutsuo Koseki (小関 睦夫)
Nizo Yamamoto (山本二三)
Yuji Ikehata (池畑祐治)
The quality of the work on display here cannot be understated... i have no words.
another case of the artboards being too wide for twitters desktop preview.
the detailing here just... defies all rules of what dictates TV level background work can be, it exists on an entirely different level.

Another shot i refuse to crop, because i wanted none of the artwork to be cut off.
Alien, abstract, and beautiful.

the precise clarity, and detailing of these rock formations... incredible!

Starting to realize that shy but passionate characters are in fact the ones who I relate to and love the most.
also apparently i really like twin braids lmao
