Lycoris Recoil!!!
Cards on the Table: This is my pick for Dark horse of Summer 2022. this is the one i'm all in on: Shingo Adachi's Series Directorial debut.
we already know there's gonna be action, im excited to see him channel some of his old school action ace fundamentals.
TOKYO MEW MEEEW! AAAAAAA!!!!! I'M EXCITED!!! WAAAAH!
Engage Kiss. PV actually had some really solid action, and one of my Xebec homeboys, Masaaki Takiyama is handling the designs, i'll try this one. looks promising.
Call of the Night: yeah i'll try it, might come back to this one later. it's got Itamura, i'll give it a shot.
Made in Abyss: that's a yes. gotta watch the film though, so i'll get to that soon. I'm ready for more Osamu Masuyama Art Direction.
There was one more special surprise to be had in this episode: S H E has arrived!!!
Free from the dramatic framing of episode 16, Koga is able to go hog wild this time around. They embrace the light-hearted nature of the episode, and go all out of the fun expressions and loose drawings!
CCS's Dynamic Duo of Mamoru Kanbe (神戸守) & Makoto Koga (古賀誠) return for ep 19!
The low-stakes, jovial nature of this episode allowed Koga to really steal the spotlight with their bold linework, distinct facial features, and lots of fun shorthand and distance drawings!
Oh hey, another really memorable outfit! i've seen this one a ton too.
i like it, simple yet stylish.
