This one is honestly really nutty. Atsushi Ootsuki (大槻敦史) acting as Episode director definitely adds a lot of zing to this one, and pretty early on shows the chemistry between him and Adachi.

In the years to come, Adachi would Supervise more episodes and projects like this, almost exclusively on Rockman.

All of them would be done with relatively small teams, made up almost entirely of young talent, and every single one set a new bar for Xebec's output.

The episode closes out on a very sweet note, with some really endearing moments between the Kinomoto family.

The team on this one really brought this one a whole grade above the standard fare.

i will never get tired of how Koga draws this cast, the adaptive designs are already incredibly appealing, and Koga somehow makes them more charismatic and appealing!
