just playing with position and scaling. When I create a few different poses the animation should look much nicer. the shadow is just a blurred circle texture I am scaling. Might do the eye as a separate object to get some secondary motion also. #GodotEngine #Gamedev
Did a test drawing of a slime enemy. I need to do all the math to get the sizes for all the characters so all the art matches. Gotta start with the HEX size and work back from there. #GodotEngine #Gamdev
got a working UI. I used a button node, with a progress bar node over it. So your spells recharge like WOW. When I have drawn art it should look better. I might try animating the icon when its charged. like the animated spell deck. #GodotEngine #Screenshotsaturday #Gamedev
Taking another stab at the Owl. I am going to have to simplify the art if I want any hope of animating it. I like the watercolor style, but not sure it will work. but I think these might be two thin of lines. I might need to chunk it up a bit more. #GodotEngine #gamedev
So might try another pivot. The bigger play field makes me really want to try something with multiple characters. It means I can focus on interesting characters which was one of my original goals. Going to try setting it up tonight with two characters. #GodotEngine #GameDev
