While it's possible to turn a fossilized Pokemon back into a living creature, it's implied that some can't be fully restored to the way they were before. This is evident in Aerodactyl's Pokedex enteries, stating that Mega Evolution restores its genes and original appearance.
Regigigas is currently the only wild Pokemon at both levels 1 and 100 to be scripted. Being level 1 in Pokemon Platinum and 100 in Sword and Shield.

According to the Pokedex, looking into the hole on the back of a Shedinja will cause Shedinja to steal the person's spirit. Despite being seen in multiple cases, including clearly being seen in the core series, nothing of the sort seems to actually happened.
Allister's mask resembles that of a Galarian Corsola. Having the same colors and patterns if one were to view Corsola from the top. The mouth being where Corsola's forehead branch would lay.
