Jeez, I've heard comics benefitted for years with having surplus newsprint left over from WW2, which is why they had a steady price for 2 decades. And then that's depleted and you get to the 70's and it's annual increases.

This always seemed a bit of a departure for Vertigo. They mostly did dark fantasy and gritty horror. A raunchy James Bond espionage comedy doesn't seem like Vertigo. But I can dig it.
