bought and beat Abyss immediately after. I loved Symphonia, but Abyss was one of the greatest games and stories I'd ever seen. Those two games, along with Persona, which I got into at just about the same time, were the first times games made me feel emotional. (5/15)

Tales of Graces (PS3; 2012)

Graces has, to me, the least interesting combat out of the modern Tales series, but the character relationships balance it out. It's a treat to watch them go from children to married! I enjoy it but it's a lower Tales entry for me.
