wouldn't stop me from getting Tales of Berseria a few years later. Velvet Crowe, for me, is the best female protagonist there is. Berseria hit me in the same spot as Abyss and Xillia, and is unique to me because it is a personal story, not so much a grand plot. It's also (12/15)

Tales of Graces (PS3; 2012)

Graces has, to me, the least interesting combat out of the modern Tales series, but the character relationships balance it out. It's a treat to watch them go from children to married! I enjoy it but it's a lower Tales entry for me.
