Storyboards for the Cabinet of Dr. Caligari remake concept. Depicting the rise of a far-right fascist dictatorship, the film's coloring shifts from a vibrant expressionist inspired palette to a limited, recognizably dystopic style as the movie goes on.

Some more God Machine frames. The title of the film refers simultaneously to a sentient supercomputer that creates Prometheus and a missile called "God Machine" that acts as a major plot point in the film's depiction of a hypothetical World War 3.

In its current workprint, some of the rough variants of The God Machine's animated sequences use excerpts of Chinese neoclassical music. One sequence (an experimental montage of flashing images) prominently features an excerpt from "2 Pieces for Lu Xun's Sword Casting, Op. 28".
