Another brushtest doodle. Square with flow on pressure and rotation on drawing angle. It's got a nice feel to it
Keeping things in layers gets confusing, I end up with 50+. Seems faster and cleaner than working on 1 layer though
The lighting really turns it up a notch, lineart didn't do it justice. Krita's LUT management made things easier
This #anyonecanimproveatdrawing is fun to look through, here's me drawing aliens and environments from 2009 to 2015
Extra detail helped, left the lines on. Learning to indicate detail rather than rendering everything seems important
Made a big mess and didn't know where this was going, but I'm learning and trying new stuff. Finishing tomorrow
Put color on yesterday's lineart, came out better than expected. Very slow though, haven't painted in a while.
Not sure what this is, but I like it! I think I should have designated days for random experimentation...
Still leaning towards adding too much contrast in the light side. The jaw and neck area looks great though
Brighter light from 3D reference. Gets tricky with the bright reflected light
