I can see from following the path of my mentions that my favorite game is being played once again: someone on the internet says Spider-Man is Jewish and someone else gets extremely mad at the bare suggestion.
@ImperiusWrecked I THINK (though I'm not 100% sure) this is actually referring to the teenager he adopted (VERY SOFT CONTENT, they have a psychic bond, it's very good) but also I think he should get a cat. For the family.
Those arcs have pretty consistently been some of the better points of post-BND Spider-Man, in my opinion, considering his presence gave Norman and Peter a very real living symbol to fight over, making everything intensely personal in a whole new light.
But Spencer's run has been really consistent about it, leading a lot of people to believe that we're FINALLY undoing OMD. (For two years now.) After all, it opened with Peter remembering this scene from the Sensational Spider-Man Annual:
