Z'Gambo (home to Prince of Orphans) manifests over Wakanda, and with it an army of the undead. Other cities, filled with hordes of undead and Marvel villains, appear all over the world. Can Iron Fist stop the worldwide calamity? Will he discover who is behind this deadly scourge?
With a gorgeous cover from @TanComics and #LinaJin of Okoye leaping towards a dragon soaring through the Wakandan skies, this story marks the halfway point of this mini-series. I've really enjoyed this book so far and I'm eager to see Danny and the gang adventure further afield.
Alright! I've finished my reread of The Immortal Iron Fist. The Swierczynski/Foreman run was just as great as the Brubaker/Fraction/Aja run, but for different reasons. More thoughts to come, and then I'll dive into Shadowland. But first! A little back-reading... Lady Bullseye!
Danny is... playing with a Spider-Man action figure? There is absolutely no way the timeline matches up on that one.
I think it stands to reason that Lei Kung is the Marvel Universe's greatest martial artist, no? An immortal man whose sole purpose is to train EVERY K'unLunian warrior into being a potential Iron Fist. Logically he ought to know all there is to know and always be developing more.
In anticipation of #TheFalconAndWinterSoldier coming soon, here's a question for you all.
Who are your favourite superhero tag teams?
Hey! It's #NEWCOMICBOOKDAY and here are the four books I'm most interested in checking out.
What about you? What tickles your fancy this Wednesday?
they really improved the quality of Naminé's feet in Kingdom Hearts 3
Just read my copy of Thunderbolts Issue 3 by @AshcanPress and @juaneferreyra and thoroughly enjoyed it! This book leans hard into the Suicide Squad comparison for both humour and drama. The whole team are bursting with personality and I hope to see more of them in the future!
